If you have RAC /Barclays travel pack beware . They said I ‘was not covered’ so had to take out a second policy plus call out charge . Response time was 5 hours.
When I logged a complaint, the person who I complained about ,,,,arbitrated(!) and of course closed the complaint! RAC do not allow you to escalate a complaint to higher management .
A big corporate who cares little for individuals . Poor customer service and lacklustre and lazy communication
