I broke down at a busy junction and called the rac. The mechanic, called Daniel, came within half an hour, told me what was wrong with my vehicle then towed me to a garage. He was polite, told me everything I needed to know and explained what would happen as I was being towed. If I didn’t like being towed just to beep my horn. Thank you for a great service.
