THINK HARD BEFORE BUYING A BATTERY FROM THE RAC.
Unfortunately I did and with 2 years warranty remaining it won’t hold charge. Customer Services are using Warranty small print to avoid
changing it.
They suggested an escalation procedure that ends up being considered by the original Customer Service Operative who then refuses further escalation. This is ‘marking their own homework’.
As a vulnerable 73 year old, I have been without transport now for almost 3 weeks.
My advice is avoid RAC batteries like the Plague.
