I pay £18 per month for a non existent
premium service
Waited in excess of four hours for a phone call
Noone to speak to
Text after text saying
Delayed delayed delayed
In the end i Called a local
Garage and they fixed it within one hour and also rang me several times to
Update me and apologise for taking longer than expected
Sacked off RAC now had them 23 years and this is the second time
Let me
Down so requesting a refund
On my
Premium rate
Appalling service
