Originally, when I called up they said it would be up to a 3 hour wait before someone could come up, which was a little frustrating. Luckily, Simon showed up just over an hour later. He was really friendly and the customer service was excellent. Luckily the issue with the car was only minor and Simon was able to resolve it there and then!
I don’t normally care enough to write good reviews but fair play to RAC Southampton and fair play to Simon for their quick and professional service.
