What a let down first time in years I needed help and to my amazement found RAC systems doesn’t work used the app then tried to follow up with a phone call unable to speak to anyone after 4 Hour gave up and cancelled the call out on the app and made alternative arrangements.
My top end cover amounted to nothing and judging by others it looks like they will make it difficult for me to cancel at renewal date.
Shameful behaviour from what was once a reputable company that can no longer be relied on .Don’t waste your money.
