My vehicle was picked up from wales and supposed to be towed to london and it has been 5 days and till now I have not received the vehicle.
Every time I call the customer service they say the vehicle is in queue for delivery and one of the recovery vehicle will pick it up soon for delivery-
Every day I call rac they promise to deliver on the same day but it just doesn’t happen.
Tbh till now I have called them more than 50 times and service is really poor.
I hope to receive my vehicle by the end of this year atleast.
