Truly truly appalling service,
Van broke down at 10am in London it was finally recovered 12 hours later with the driver getting home at 11:30pm.
Minimum of updates, told several times it will only be 2-3 hours (only).
C&S who were finally appointed contacted driver by text to say it would be another 5 hrs and then we’re not contactable again until an hour to getting to the van call after call text after text ignored.
RAC useless when contacted online does not work.
Appalling never will sign up with them again all vans will be moved to another provider.
