Called them last night at 21:03 they arrived at 5:28am this morning, as I was on the hard shoulder of a motorway with 2 young kids in the car this was apparently their priority 1 response.
Many false promises on arrival times and over 4 hours into waiting no patrol assigned.
Their solution if I didn’t want to wait was get a taxi home and leave keys with the vehicle, which they accept no responsibility for and clearly voids my insurance
I’m lost for words how awful the experience has been and all for a member of nearly 20 years
