I’m heavily pregnant and was stranded on my own at the side of a busy road for over 6 hours waiting for RAC recovery!! They knew my condition and couldn’t give a damn.
Disgusting service with no communication.
My case was eventually escalated to management to phone me back within 45minutes…but they never bothered to phone me back.
Worse service I’ve ever known. Wish I could’ve given 0 stars.
