My 81 year old mother had to wait 6 hours for the breakdown van to arrive when she was driving on the way to a holiday home she had rented. An absolutely, appalling service for an elderly lady who has now lost all confidence in going out in her car in case she has the same experience again.
So much for your road side assistance and recovery. What a joke. How dare you advertise for more customers when you can’t cope with the ones you have.
