My wife’s car broke down and the level of support which she received was inadequate. On initial contact, she was told the wait time would be 2hours, which then was extended multiple times. The rescue service arrived 9hours later! We had children waiting to be picked up for school, one of which has a disability. Utterly disappointed with the level of service and lack of professionalism.
