My sister took my 86 yr old mother for cancer treatment on 26 Oct 2021… they called the RAC for breakdown help at about 430pm ….they were told a wait of about an hour.. several calls later they were then told at around 10pm to get a taxi home.. which was over an hours drive.. I am livid!!!! RAC left my mother.. after receiving cancer treatment that afternoon… to sit around for over 5 hours when she should have been home recovering ! My advice…. Stay away from the RAC!
