Boyfriend stuck on busy roundabout for over 6hrs. Customer service keep changing what they tell him then deny what was said. Patrol guy not interested in diagnosing fault as he was due to finish in hour.
Recovery home being sent from contractor to another. Being told he could be further few hours before moved.
Also patrol said was on minor road not actual roundabout.
No facilities nearby due to location and its below freezing.
Disinterest from rac. Total lack of customer care
