RAC CAR WARRANTY , not worth what it's printed on , tried to cancel ,spoke to a lady who insisted SHE was the expert on the matter! , she didn't know Diddley ,very rude obnoxious woman.
Then spoke to a much more understanding lady from Bristol who sorted it out , without any problems .
What is the matter with people in this day and age? , The consumer does not like being mis sold useless , promises , commitments to help you out , when you need it most, at exorbitant amounts of money, DO NOT PURCHASE RAC WARRANTY .
