Appalling, just a constant stream of lies about when the mechanic would arrive. Told 5 different times through the day. Total wait time 9 hours. As a biker I had no shelter and it was in winter so nearly hypothermic by time they showed up.
Arranged to tow it the next day from home and no one arrived, no notification of why when or anything. Absolutely avoid at all costs.
