2 massive issues ref worst service;
1. I waited 2 nights for rescue as no patrols in a city centre! 2nd day/night 9.5 hours!! Didn't offer me a tow to RAC garage so I had choose my own & in morning the garage couldn't help so I was stuck! They phoned every 2 hours to ask the same Qs about what was wrong! I'm not a mechanic and do you not make notes of my report?!
2. They just took £158 from my account today for auto renewal!! I did not agree I would never go with them again and they won't refund me full amount due to cancellation charges! SCAM !!!!
