What a shambles that the lowest review is 1 star, they don't really deserve any stars.
What a shambles from start to finish, called 11pm ford warranty, RAC promised within the hour. An hour later I get a call from RAC "customer services" saying they won't attend as no agents available! But we can send recovery. I said send recovery, they immediately said the garage will be closed so will send partol in morning. I explained the garage is open 24 hours... more excuses.... 7am the AA showed up!
