I always thought RAC to be reputable. Having just dealt with their Shop Customer Support I will never use the company again.
Abysmal support, ignore UK Trading Laws, inefficient and incorrect information on their website
Ignore the understanding of what a Formal Complaint is...........need I go on, I have found many similar reviews subsequently online along the same lines, I just wish I had read them before trading with RAC
