Well I would like to send a thumbs up for Jason at your Bristol office who guided me - very patiently - through renewing my RAC cover with my Tesco Clubcard Points. It was last Tuesday the 26th April '22, about 3.15 pm. He was patient and helpful. It took a long time to help us as we aren't computer savvy but he managed to get us sorted. SO WELL DONE JASON!
