make u wait for 10hours after advising u need recovery to then told i now need to wait for a recovery vehicle to be allocated, nothing but a complete shambles customer service are a waste of time, just telling u about procedures that in truth don't help me one bit, can't speak to managers at request so just fobbed of by telephonist who couldnt care what situation your in.
