Called RAC at 16 .50 hrs regular texts to say
they were busy eventually waited 3 hours then to be passed on to a trusted company because RAC waited another hour abismell service . If RAC knew they were busy why didn't they pass the recovery on straight away instead of keeping us waiting all this time
