7pm on Sunday registered a request for roadside help. Quoted 60-90 minutes for arrival. After 2 hours of no contact called and was told that they had me down for call out but couldn't estimate how long I would need to wait further. As I type this its 8am on Monday morning, no contact and no roadside person turned up.
What the hell have I paid you clowns for ?
