I'm sorry but I've been left unhappy with my RAC experience on many occasions and their broken promises have left me very frustrated.
The RAC makes as much money as possible by providing a cut price and overstretched service that regularly fails its customers by leaving them stranded for many hours and even for several days.
The RAC knows that avoiding their responsibilities results in untold chaos and misery. Call centre staff break promises and let motorists down day in day out.
'Customer care' effectively manage this shambles by using complex terms and conditions and a range of 'cut and pasted' excuses to ignore or dismiss any complaint in any circumstance.
Sadly. the only 'happy' RAC customer is one who hasn't broken down yet!
