Same as all other reviews, arrogant, treating customers with total contempt after taking your money.
I have already contacted the advertising standards authority, all readers please do the same.
They advertise 60 minute response time, dont let RAC get away with so bad customer service. The more complaints the regulator gets they will be forced to change.
Dont just do nothing, complaint in any agency you can.
Anyone thinking about buying breakdown recovery with RAC, dont! 9 hours waiting time for me!
A lot more reputable operators out there!
