I would like to say a big thank you to The RAC, in particular Rick 2036, who was the roadside and breakdown mechanic. On Sunday 14th May, 2023 my car broke down. Rick 2036 showed alot of compassion and empathy to me and my elderly mother. Rick 2036 was courteous and very profession after dropping us back home Crosby, Liverpool, on what was a very stressful day. Well done Rick 2036 for your sense of humour also, which brightened our day up. Thank you so much.
