Called them at 1.30PM on Monday for a home start as I have this service on my membership - it is now Wednesday morning and still waiting - updates have stopped by text and having to continually call in and on hold for 45 mins at a time for an update. Was told last night it was a priority for this morning guess not. As soon as I get this sorted my membership will be cancelled and going elsewhere they are a joke. I have lodged a complaint but looking at other reviews I don't hold out much hope of hearing back
