i Broke down on a motorcycle. After 6 hours of being updated and almost certainly lied to about why I was being delayed I eventually was rescued by a fellow biker who drove home and got a bike trailer. I spoke to the Rac next day
who said an Rac man turned up at 3.30 am. This not a breakdown service this is damn right dangerous and unsafe. Rac needs to close down. No point being cheap if you have no staff. I’m out.
