Today I phoned RAC to cancel my breakdown cover. I'd meant to cancel it a month ago but forgot and discovered that it had been renewed and the money taken from my Bank account ! However, a gentleman called Shahan dealt with my call and all is now sorted. He was super helpful, polite, friendly and very patient. It took an hour to bring my payment down to something that I could afford - and still have the cover I needed. Shahan was determined to help me stay with the RAC without being pushy.
