Avoid at all costs. All they do is lie and bombard you with misleading text messages.
Have been waiting since 8:30 this morning and now approaching 18:00 car has still not been recovered. They kept lying about trying to find a recovery truck and at 14:30 said it had gone to a trusted partner only for this to be another lie. Then promised 16:30 called back at 17:09 to be told we did not Say that and it is awaiting a job to Be booked. Absolute shambles. Wish I had just driven it to the garage with the fault and let the engine destroy itself.
