My son has been waiting for nearly 5 hours I called the RAC to ask why my call was answered by a lady who quickly wanted there to be an issue with me I guess to allow her to hang up on my call she then said i’ll Put you on hold and left me there for 15 minutes, I have to say the RAC do not deserve 1 Star
Terrible service and a don’t care attitude, on hold now for 28 minutes
Disgraceful
