Truly awful service from the RAC today. Repeatedly told the truck was coming. Repeatedly called to chase and got a different eta. Call was escalated multiple times but that made little difference
Hours later and after being on hold over and over again the flatbed driver took us half way and we had to get an Uber home
Just use a different roadside recovery service.
