If I could rate less than 1, trust me I would.
Had a car puncture so lost a tyre on hard shoulder. Called RAC at 2:30am. Told them I have asthma and anxiety and car is obstructing road.
They advised they could not tell me when someone will be out to me by.
It was cold, I was unable to get any food/drink.
I was left for 7 hours, did not get help until 09.06am
Had to leave car there and spend money going to and from place as I was unable to wait there.
Useless bunch of clowns.
