DISGRACEFUL TREATMENT OF A 93 YEAR OLD Sunday 24th September near Menai Bridge Anglesey, I stopped to help a 93 year gentleman whose battery had gone flat. He’d tried to phone RAC 3 or 4 times each time he was told to log breakdown on line. This couldn’t do so was getting distressed. I rang on my phone and was savvy enough to wait long enough for an operator to answer, they were told of situation A vulnerable 93 year old stuck at a junction and distressed.. they would not give any indication as to time to wait and in fact told me to get off line as it was an emergency line. Disgraceful service and discriminatory to those not on line. I complained on line and was told i needed his car number e mail address and phone number. He was a stranger to me who just needed help The guy was 93. Get your act together
