It is such a shame that the response times do not support the knowledgeable, experienced and polite patrol who finally attended my vehicle the following day.
I wonder if they are asking the patrols to attend too many callouts in their expected response times?
The txts. that I received updating the call request, and staff answering the phone at the call centre seem to be in absolute choas.
No Business should be getting this level of complaints and negative feedback.
A complaint to the RAC seemed to be handled in an unsympathetic manner.
