I am a member for RAC for more than 10 years.
I would still like to use their insurance product but they make it harder for me to renew my policy online.
So they stopped sending me bill where I can use the reference number to pay and since I couldn't pay and I forgot the date where my policy expired, my policy expired and I was forced to buy new policy at very inconvenient time.
This is so frustrating even for someone who is willing to give them money and rarely do claims
