RAC -LONG wait times. I'm taking 4 hours plus. Two years ago broke down evening time in -9 degree weather. Was told 4 hour wait and the engine wouldn't run to keep me warm.
I broke down recently in Manchester and needed recovery -again 4 hour wait. Both times ended up making my own arrangements for recover.
