Currently over 4.5 hours waiting for patrol vehicle to arrive. When I first logged the breakdown I was told within 45-60 mins. I am Paying for the premium business breakdown cover which seems to not mean ANYTHING.
Called the help desk multiple times over the past few hours to be told every time the patrol vehicle is on route and will be maximum 15 minutes. 1, 2, 3, 4 hours gone by and still not arrived only to be told the time has been pushed back by a hour every time.
Awful service my advise is do not use RAC
