Broke down 81 miles from home. Been a member for many years. Wouldn’t tow home as patrol man said we had not followed manufacturers guidelines on changing parts on our vehicle so weren’t covered under the policy. DO NOT BUY BREAKDOWN COVER UNLESS YOU HAVE A FULL SERVICE RECORD AND FOLLOW ALL OTHER MANUFACTURERS GUIDELINES TO THE LETTER OR YOU WONT GET HOME.
