Would give 0 starts if possible. Broke down, waited 4 hours for the person to arrive. Broke down again 6 miles later at 6:30pm and a revised arrival time slot was given between 11:30 and 1:30.
Had to get a breakdown truck to take me and my car home.
Car wasn't fixed, and no compensation. Its not worth the insurance. False sense of security.
