Absolutely disgusting, woman on my own, waited nearly 21 hours, never came out to me. Various people promising a call out time, even got to a manager who said he would ring me straight back, one hour later no call. Had to call out local breakdown company to take me to a garage. I'm 77 so SHAME ON YOU, RAC..
