I'd give the RAC '0' stars if it was an option. I've used them 3 times over the past year and I've encountered incredibly rude and insulting mechanics. They make you feel guilty for having to call them out. I'll be signing up to another breakdown company instead, surely no other company can be this bad?
Avoid the RAC at all costs!
