Rac has hit rock bottom, I had to wait 10 hours in my car in the freeze cold far away from home, I had a tyre punched, no money to buy a new one from them they quoted £180,so had to wait for till the truck to came to fix it. If I had £180 for a tyre the would have been with me in an hour I bet. It not about recovery any more, it's about making money only. either you buy parts or their tyre if you have no spare.
