Vehicle changeover
Called this morning to instuct change of Vehicle. Reg number given at start 9f phone call. Increased premium which I expected. All gone through. Checked app few hours later to see old car but new reg. Called to get this rectified to be told we can insure the new vehicle. But we have charged your account just over £500. Absolute shambles. Would help if we had advisor's who could speak fluent English not some illegal immigrants
