Car broke down
2 days waiting for tow track to arrive.
Lucky the car was at home in my drive. No communication whatsoever, costumer service inexistant,nobody cares, many phone calls to ear every time that the time of collection had been postponed, zero apologies.
Eventually cancelled the tow truck and used a small private company and solved the problem within 2 hours.
This people are ruthless thieves , stay well away from them.
