My Mrs broke down at 8am this morning and has been lied to all day on the phone by staff. Now at 6pm she has just been told no one can get to her till 10pm this evening.
What an absolute disgrace
I’m with the AA and so will she tomorrow morning.
Shame on you for taking her money and not giving her a service.
Trading standards need to take a look at you.
