My daughter was left stranded, her car broke down at a friends house rac were called she was told no-one could get to her 21.00
Eventually she got a phone call from a patrol saying he couldn't help but would get a colleague to call first thing Saturday no-one called until 16.00 Sunday by which time we had managed to get the car to a garage ourselves. I will be cancelling when I can speak to someone which seems to be an impossible task in itself.
