No stars but it wouldn’t allow that. It is now 3.15am . My 75 year old husband and I have been waiting in our freezing cold car since 10pm. We have just had an update with an eta of 8:57am !!!! We have been members of the RAC since 1971 - I have called but no reply just a constant stream of advertising. I am appalled by your lack of care.
