10 hours after my breakdown at 3pm I was left in a retail car park by the tow truck at midnight and told to wait for 4 hours in a rough area, in the car on my own.
I rang up crying because a car with 4 men were shouting at me. The RAC kept saying they would update me and I was priority but I'm still here at 1 am, crying, scared and vulnerable.
They have put me in this dangerous position, Women shouldn't just he dumped in random carparks at night. I will never use the rac again after lifelong membership.
