I broke down last night on a deserted street in an industrial estate, I am a woman travelling alone, my sister called the RAC at 9pm but no one arrived
Eventually I had to abandon the car and my sister called a taxi for me which was approximately 11:30pm
We both made several calls and I was told a manager would call me back within 60 minutes and I am still waiting for the call
Absolutely appalling service, unsafe practices, irresponsible behaviour
